From internal evidence of Sun City Center(established 1961) picture, and wardrobe of students at East Bay High School (which opened in 1957), it is likely that this brochure was created in early to mid 1960s, no later than 1965-6 as this was when E. G. Simmons park was renamed from its prior name Mangrove Point. more
