Description: Simmons Ranch was located south of Big Bend Road, north of I-75, and west of US 301, in land that is likely, today, more properly Riverview. However, the ranch was extensive and likely located in larger sections of Hillsborough County. Today, that land is behind St. Joseph's Hospital on Big Bend Road.
