Marketing Brochure and map of Paul B. Dickman's Marin Estates. Created om the period of 1954-1956, Marin Estates was along reclaimed land along the Ruskin Inlet, dredged by Paul Dickman. Marin Estates featured modern, albeit small, water front homes in 4 original developments, shown on this map: Pelican Point, Campus Shores, Sandpiper Point, and Point Heron.

Locally produced marketing brochure by Dickman Realty on the Enchanted Circle towns of Bahia Beach, Ruskin and Sun City Center. Because Sun City Center opened in January 1961, it is likely that this brochure was created c. 1962. Photos of homes on Bahia Beach were typical of construction.
