From The Planter, Nov. 7, 1994 article on Glenn Dickman and Artesian Farms, Inc. Glenn continued the tradition of his father, Lyle, and his grandfather, Paul, in the Dickman family business of farming. This article describes that effort.

Marin Estates featured modern, albeit small, water front homes in 4 original developments, shown on this map: Pelican Point, Campus Shores, Sandpiper Point, and Point Heron.

Locally produced marketing brochure by Dickman Realty on the Enchanted Circle towns of Bahia Beach, Ruskin and Sun City Center. Because Sun City Center opened in January 1961, it is likely that this brochure was created c. 1962. Photos of homes on Bahia Beach were typical of construction.

Marketing Brochure for Ruskin FL. From internal clues of the newly opened oSunshine Skyway Bridge (opened in September 1954)and the recommendation to see Carl Clough's Dream Castle (completed in 1954) it can be assumed that this brochure was created around 1955.

From internal evidence of Sun City Center(established 1961) picture, and wardrobe of students at East Bay High School (which opened in 1957), it is likely that this brochure was created in early to mid 1960s, no later than 1965-6 as this was when E. G. Simmons park was renamed from its prior name Mangrove Point.
