Description: This booklet, created by Frandorson Properties was used to market the Apollo Beach subdivision. Frandorson Properties was created as a Michigan corporation in 1965, so it is likely that this brochure was created after 1965. It was in 1965 that Francis Corr reacquired Apollo Beach following a a protracted foreclosure proceeding against Flora Sun Corporation of Miami.
