Flora Sun Architectural Drawing of Planned Apollo Beach

Flora Sun bought Apollo Beach from the Corr Family when they could not complete the initial development. This drawing was an architectural drawing of Flora Sun's overall plan for the community. Very little of this was built by Flora Sun. Their project went bankrupt in a widely publicized banking crisis in the 1960s along with some illegal financing activity. The property eventually returned to the Corr family after a protracted legal battle that lasted 7 years.
